DDTMethod is a Hybrid Training Style which incorporates a sliding scale of differentiating training modalities, ranging from athletic training, to strength and conditioning training, to physique enhancement, all paired synergistically with optimal nutrition and supplementation. Drew uses both a science based research backed approach to nutrition/programming as well as practical experience from tens of thousands of hours of training clients one on one first hand in the field.

A former professional wrestler with organizations such as the billion dollar entertainment company WWE as well as time spent as a well respected high end personal training manager, Drew has used his networking opportunities to gain access to some of the most brilliant minds in the fitness industry in order to learn from the best minds in the training industry over the course of his career.
